I really need to think about posting an entry on this blog when I'm not drunk, however, you dudes need some rave in your lives and I am here to sort you out before the week is truly upon us! Let's get ready to skank!

Jack Beats vs. Tittsworth - Labyrinth (Dizz & Draz WTF Boot)

Now I enlightened you with this absolute banger of a track just a few days ago, but there have been some serious developments since then. Mr. Dirty D himself was very kind to comment on the post in which his directed us all to a 320k version of the track, which has subsequently gone on to be broadcast for the very first time on the airwaves, on Kissy Sell Out's Radio 1 show last week.

Taking the best parts of each track, D, has managed to keep things fresh whilst still keeping the party going with this brilliant mash-up. Get onto this asap!

The Proxy - Dancing In The Dark (OlliE & Bare Noize VIP)

When I heard that a Dubstep remix of this track existed, I literally started foaming at the mouth with excitement and rightly so! Serious Dubstep remix of Proxy's huge tune from last year... Caspa's been rinsing this recently, and rightly so, its an absolute barnstormer of a tune.

Probably one of the most creative basslines I've heard all year, download link available from the page.

SonicC - Stickin'

Currently getting played to death by everyone whos anyone right now.

There seems to have been a huge surge in tunes of late with this sort of sound... I'm thinking Pon De Floor and Knuckles huge remix of Blake as definiate similarities. Almost wobbled basslines with a huge ravey emphasis on high pitched whines. Kind of like a fox yelping, but without the annoyingness of it. If that makes any sense to you whatsoever. Also check out this guys MySpace... some seriously sick material from such a young producer!

Fake Blood - Mars (Major Zero's "NOT ANOTHER MARS REMIX" Remix)

I was directed to this through the wonderous Erol Alkan forum, from a very nice chap indeed!

He's quite new to producing but everything I've heard from him so far via the forum has really impressed me, and this is a perfect example of his unique sound. Probably one of the best remixes of Mars that I've heard, can't wait to play out that bassline :D

The Prodigy - Take Me To The Hospital (Rusko Remix)

Rusko's bass thumping monster of a glitchy dub remix was finally let loose via download services today, with a 12" release coming along with Sub Focus' DnB take on August 31st. Please head over to Rusko's Beatport page and support him in the best way possible! His newest tune Rock Bottom with Caspa was also released last week :D

The Bleeps Week #4

Morning all... how everyone is having a good week... not only is the economy looking like its recovering (finally) but that Ronaldo tosser looks like he's finally decided to deport himself, rejoyce!

got some real bangers for you this week that I've been tearing my sub to shreds with this week.

1: Major Lazer - Hold The Line (DZ Remix)

Some seriously crunkin' wobble action here that twists and turns into absolute dancefloor carnage, taking Santi's collab one stage closer to crowning Major Lazer as surely the act of the year. I just need to get me some 320 Pon De Floor action in my life. It lacks some deeply!

2: Renaissance Man - What is Guru (Riva Starr Remix)

Well RM's tech-house banger Spraycan may be currently destroying clubs the world over right now, but his newly released tune has been given a much needed make over from techno's ghetto boy Riva Starr. There's one minute sound on this tune I absolutely bum, it sounds like an elastic bang being pinged against something, put with the cut out vocals is makes for a really fresh new sound.

3. Zombie Nation - Shottieville (Proxy Remix) [96k]

Apologies on the low qualityness of this, but I doubt anyone has this is in anything above 96k at the moment. I will say this though, having heard it out on a big system a couple of weeks ago I can honestly say, what a rootin' tootin' ridiculous tune! This is going to be big!

4. Crookers - Knobbers (Luckism Edit: Apple Fritter's Vocal Smash) [128]

Here is a little remix/edit from a dude who calls himself Luckism who has sent us over something really special that we want to share with you tomorrow. I've given it a wee Beastie Boys vocal on the drop first and some pans to give it a little edge, a better more polished version in 320 shall be on the way to you next week ;).

5. Brokie & Ed Solo - System Check [128]

Finally here's a simply amazing Drum and Bass tune that I've been a huge fan of in the past few years. It's only been made available on Vinyl on Diluted Recordings, and I've only been able to gain a low quality version in MP3 quality, but seriously get locked onto this!

Possibly the best intro song to a DnB set there is.

The Bleeps Week #3

This week I've got some real treats for you, and some huge bangers that have been making a lot of noise on the rave circuit of late, partly due to their disgusting sounds, but mainly because they fuck with your head!

#1: Blaqstarr & Diplo - Get Off (Jack Beats Remix) [Sample]

Yet to drop on Diplo's Mad Decent label, I heard this a few weeks ago but was a bit undecided on whether it would do justice on a louder system. I was truly proved wrong at the Bugged Out! london party at the weekend, when I heard the tune played at least twice. The only way to describe how this tune feels would be to cover your head in blood and jump into a swimming pool of baby great white sharks. It's one of those sounds that is too disgusting to be real. I bum it!

#2: Proxy - Raven (Crookers Remix)

First premiered on Radio 1 a few months ago, this is another remix that I was undecided on until I heard it on a big system, the first being the same night as the Jack Beats remix above. Its a return to the Crookers I fell in love with in their remixes of The Whip's Trash and Chemical Brothers' Salmon Dance. Purely good bouncing dancefloor fun, which has surely to send the duo to new heights!

#3: Gel Abril - Spells of Yoruba (Tactic Edit)

Not an entirely new tune, its been around for a few months, but its the power of it when placed with the right tunes that can transform that good set into something special. This edit's more techy synths add to the already minimal feel, which take you on a real sensual Journey.

#4: Don Diablo & Example - Hooligans (Noisia Remix)

I may have just pinched this from the Noiseporn dudes, but I really could not resist. It's not typical Noisia as this is a bit more Housey than their previous DnB and Dubstep work, but it's really caught my eye as something oddly melodic, including samples from Justice's D.A.N.C.E.; I can't really say anything more than, what a banger!

#5: Boys Noize - Starter [128 bit]

Finally after months of waiting we are finally being treated to new Boys Noize material, which has been premiered in his DJ sets over the past couple of months. Starter is due to be released on his label on June 22nd with Jeffer on the B-Side, and the new album is aparently due to follow at the end of the year. I tell you, this tune is fucking unreal! It makes Justice and Daft Punk look like their still in kindergarden.
