Paving the way for his long awaited Ca$h Money EP due for release on Passenger in January 2010, Nick Thayer has been busy remixing Sway and The Cuban Brothers as well as collaborating with AC Slater, Trevor Loveys (with a remix featured on this very EP), Black Noise on Southern Fried Records, and A Skillz as well as some studio action with DJ Yoda.
With a new style, a new album and a fresh new studio, Nick Thayer is busy preparing the final chapter of his debut long player. This is the first of four EP’s coming from a guy who is at the forefront of dance music, a guy who has been using the wonderful Australian summer to recharge his batteries in preparation for what is going to be a killer year for him.
I've given the mix a once over on some big big speakers this morning, and boy does it pack a punch... with a sick intro and highlights from the man himself including some exclusive remixes and productions, Get Dum is also a bomb! Black Noise's remix of Crookers and some tidy mashed up Drum n Bass at the end.
